RATES, SHUTTLE BUS, & PARKING OPERATION
How much extra time should I add to make my flight?
Please allow an additional 30 minutes to the time you would like to arrive at the terminal. This will allow for shuttle bus loading, weather conditions, construction, etc.
How does the daily rate calculate?
The daily rate is based on a 24-hour period. Rates are $7.00 per day. There is a one time $1.99 booking fee for advanced reservations assesed as well.
For example: 0 - 24 hours = $7.00; 24 hours + 1 minute - 48 hours = $14.00. etc.
How often does the shuttle bus run?
Shuttle buses run 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
When I arrive back at the airport, do I need to call you?
Yes. Upon check- in you receive a claim ticket with a number. On the back of the claim ticket there is a phone number for you to call with your information so that you can be picked-up and your car ready-to-go.
Are the shuttle buses wheelchair accessible?
Yes. We have wheelchair accessible shuttles. A reservation is recommended and please note in the comments section if one is needed.
Can I take my infant or child car seats on the shuttle?
Yes.
How do I obtain a receipt if I lost mine?
Please contact elp@parkairexpress.com and we will be happy to send it to you.
Do I need to leave my keys with the Valet Attendant?
Yes, you are required to leave a set of working keys with the Valet Attendant so your car can be parked at departure and ready-to-go upon return.
I lost or left an article on the shuttle bus - who do I call?

How long may I leave my car while I am away?
Vehicles needing to stay beyond thirty (30) days must contact us to make long-term arrangements. A pre-authorization on your credit card may be required.
Do you offer any rewards program?
Not at this time but please stay tuned - we will be introducing a Frequent Parker Rewards Program in the very near future.
What are my payment options?
If you did not pre-book your reservation in advance, we accept cash (no bill larger than $20) and all major debit/credit cards at the exit.
Am I required to wear a mask while on the shuttle bus?
We follow guidelines and mandates as per the CDC and at this time masks are not mandatory.
Is there a vehicle maximum clearance height or trailer restriction?
There is no height restriction but vehicles with trailers are not permitted.
Does your site offer EV charging stations?
No, currently we do not have any EV chargers onsite but we are exploring this option for the near future.

How do I change or cancel a reservation?
You can change or cancel your reservation by logging in to your Reservation account.
Do you offer a monthly parker program?
Yes. Please email elp@parkairexpress.com for more information.
Do I need to make a reservation?
A reservation is not required, but is always recommended. It will save you time during the check-in-process and ensure you have a space upon your arrival.
How do I sign-up for the FREEquent Parker Program?
Currently we do not have a program, but we will have one coming in the near future. More information will be available soon.
